Here I share my intimate fears and confusion on the metaverse and make a case that we should proceed into this alternate reality with some metacognition on our beliefs and values.

It isn’t easy to break the norm and go against category convention. But my sense is that a little departure from the norm is where the magic happens.

The dazzling presence of vulnerability and truth-telling inspires us to let down our guard and reciprocate realness. And we need more of it. Especially in our professional lives. This is my un-masking—a look at the struggle and beauty that comes with growth.
